This sweet little horse is lying down in its pasture among the leaves, grass and moss. These themes are echoed by Russian serpentine, hand carved mother of pearl leaves, howlite and golden horn beads (cattle). Boxwood is a hedge shrub known for the density of its wood. Artists hand carve each piece, which, while similar, have a character of their own.
